this man is a scam artist! he will pick up your appliance or come ?fix it? youll get it back 5 days later after it has just sat in his garage having fixed nothing and charge you $400. then refuse to fix it or refund after scamming you out of your money! DO NOT USE JOHN! he is abs TERRIBLE. we have filed with the police as it?s theft. his ?business? address which is pretty ballsy considering the scam of a business he has going on! negative stars! I will get my money back and this man will go to jail over $400! He has answering service to make him look legit it?s just a call center he paid to take calls. It?s his business and only he runs and ?services? anything! Save your hard earned money and find a legit business because JOHN isn?t it!

John did an amazing job! He came by to my house and helped me with fixing my washing machine that broke and he was able to fix it with great speed and he was very knowledgeable! I also recommended him to my work place at the Paleta Bar!

western allied came out to check my heating furnace and make sure is ready for the Winter .The crew that came out was very kind and courteous they got the furnace that have not been used in a while working again and were in and out is less than an hour. I highly recommend and they will be who i use for future hvac needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 1st The correct address for this establishment is (Address Removed) The address is a Residential address that is tied to a house where they take your appliance to do only God knows what with it. Your appliance will be left out in the elements with literally 20 to 30 other appliances that they have taken and stripped for parts. They do not have a secure location to house or work on these appliances. They are not stored in a safe space and they will break things and never tell you about them. They are not honest, this is a company of liars and people who intend to con you out of 100's of dollars. Alot of the reviews they have posted are fraudulent. Their contact number listed redirects you to an Answering service who does nothing but relay messages to whomever the dispatch is to send a tech to your house. Had a washer picked up and they completely dismantled it. Returned it with more things broken and did not care. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

The technician was ready to assist solve the problem and was really nice to me as a customer. My only concern is the charges I feel it's way too much.

We could not understand the workman very well. The price of $400+ was over 4 X what I always paid my handyman who is out of the country. I just wanted the air conditioners to be put back in the windows. I finally paid The Western Allied man $200 which is still over twice as much as I have paid every year until Western Allied did the job.
