Mark was very honest, explained the depth of work and exactly what he was going to do. He listened and understood what we needed and offered suggestions to help accomplish that but definitely kept our budget in mind. He was very prompt in replies and easy to contact. It was an overall excellent experience and I will be recommending him to friends and family.

Mark and his team did a fabulous job painting our basement floors and walls. We moved into a new home and had a very large basement that we wanted to look nice, but not completely finished with walls and flooring. Mark was able to come the next day to provide an estimate and started working a couple of days later. The team was very professional, exceptionally clean and able to complete the job faster than expected. His estimate was only off by 10% as the concrete absorbed more paint than expected. He was upfront after the first day and let me know that we would most likely have to order more paint. I would recommend Color Concepts to any friend or family member!
