The owner, Barry, is a good guys until you questions his crew work. He made excuses on the poor job his crew did by blaming on previous work. The paint look good but they did poorly on the patching, left paint stain on our metal door, used up all our paper towel and left their coffee cup in our microwave. For sure wouldn't use them again.

They were very professional kept me informed when they were coming what they were going to do and when they showed up very professional very neat very thorough I recommend them to two people already

The job was scheduled for a Friday & Saturday. The manager did not pick up the paint on Thursday as he had said. On Friday a man came to paint the trim. The manager told me that the trim guy would get the paint sample for them to paint the rooms on Monday. Since we had carpeting going into that same area we refused. So he sent to different guys out on Saturday. We then had the man who did the trim and another new guy on Monday. At the end of the day they hadn't done the kitchen ceiling as contracted so they sent a new guy on Tuesday to finish that. Then when the manager came back to collect I showed him that the windows had not been caulked as contracted so now he is sending another guy today. It actually took 5 days with the last day being a week after they started instead of the two as contracted. Living nearly 50 miles one way away, this meant an additional 300 miles from me to drive plus fighting the traffic to get there during rush hour. They did not complete the job as contracted but were willing to come back and complete it when confronted. Either someone was not being honest or due to the number of different workers there was confusion. Either way, this wasn't my fault and the job wasn't completed according to the contract. During the job we had 5 different painters so they didn't know what the other one had completed. Though we are pleased with how the painting job came out, we felt that the customer service was much less than expected. We could not recommend them without a warning to other people. Of our four estimates they were the highest though my wife liked what she saw. In the end the hall and the living room look very nice but if I hadn't said anything they would have gotten away without completing the job..

Barry is very friendly and professional as are his employees. They did a great job on the interior of my home and the stair bannister. I will definitely use clod pride again!

RESONDED TO ANY REQUEST I MADE COURTEOUSLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER.

They went above and beyond to ensure some drywall repair was done correctly. The only thing less than stellar was the clean up. If I had to guess, I'd say the last guy on the job site simply didn't have a broom as there was quite a bit of small debris left on my back patio.

We had the interior of almost our entire house painted. Everyone was professional and reliable. We had a problem with the paint color being darker than the sample we had used. Color Pride quickly took care of the problem and still finished on time. We were so pleased with the results we are hiring Color Pride to paint our exterior next month.

We had a huge project. Painting the interior of a 4100 sq. ft house with 5 different colors including the ceilings and paint/lacquer the cabinets. The painters were professional, timely, and did an excellent job. The whole job was completed under 2 weeks. We are very pleased with the end result and highly recommend Color Pride!!
