We recently purchased a home and apparently the former owner had a dog or dogs, that were left shut in the house during their move. And the brand new rugs we saw at the time of the purchase offer, ended up being filthy when we moved in with dog feces, urine and probably throw up! We hired this company and Randy was phenomenal cleaning the rugs and moving furniture, too. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again. Great job and incredibly reasonably priced. Oh...and they also cleaned all of our vents, which were...yes...filthy!!!

I was really pleased with the work done last year. So much so, that I came back to this site to find their business name again since it slipped my mind. I wll be contacting them again in another month or so. :)

I highly recommend Colortex, not just for the excellent job they do, but the 5 star customer service. Colortex goes above and beyond for the customer and strives to ensure the job is satisfactory. Colortex cleaned my carpets and air ducts. The carpet was in really poor condition and after cleaning, it looked just as it did when I bought my house. Now, I don't want to be judged but the carpet had 4 years of stains and dirt, and also build up from our attempts to clean it. I'd like to note that Colortex was upfront about some of the deeper stains that may resurface after dried, this is to be expected. Honestly, I had lost hope in ever getting the carpet clean. Colortex proved me wrong. I had a few spots come back up and colortex came back the next day to treat it and boom they spots are no more. Colortex helped me gain confidence in the cleanliness of my home, and helped us create a healthy and clean breathing environment for my family again. The tech took one look at my airducts and knew we needed them cleaned. The air in our home is refreshing now, and I will defiantly have colortex on speed dial next year for my air ducts and carpets to keep everything fresh and clean. Thank you colortex for helping us achieve a cleaner home. We love Colortex!! I would also like to add that colortex educates customers on the process they use to achieve the best clean for your ducts and carpets, so you know exactly what they are going to do. I found this company to be honest and helpful during the process. Shout out to Randy the Air Duct Tech! he is such a joy to work with and was super patient with our 5 year old who asked him a thousand questions while he worked. I appreciate that more than words.
