Workers are very polite, hard working, dedicated, and care about the quality of the finished product. Joel, Project Manager, is amazing, does great oversight, including staying on top of the paperwork, working with my insurance company, seeing that all of the work gets done timely and efficiently, and completing things himself if necessary. He is one of the most pleasant people you would ever want to meet. Very professional. They not only replaced my roof, but also painted my house and trim, made repairs to my siding, replaced my gutters and window screens, and stained my whole deck. I am very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone.

He went in to my barn without me being there to cut off a small piece of my metal wall panel without my permission. He gave me a quote for doing the job. When I asked him to start he said he was too busy to do my job. I asked him to return the piece that he cut off my barn and he said he did not have it anymore. I asked him to repair the damage he did to my barn wall. He dropped off a piece of white sheet metal at the front door. Diane, the office manager, contacted me and said she would do whatever it takes to make this right. She also said she would try to find someone to do this project for me.

It was such a wonderful experience to work with Jon Willeford of JBC Roofing. Jon surveyed all our sheds, barns, and home roofing. He worked with our insurance company adjuster and made the whole experience non stressful. The roofing crew were experienced hard working folks and did a beautiful job. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. We are extremely happy and satisfied. They have done a 5 Star Job and we recommend them to anyone in need of roofing.
