We specialize in a variety of roofing, to include asphalt shingle, traditional tile, natural slate, flat, foam, or single-ply. How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because we want to install roofs that will withstand the test of time, and keep our customers from having to replace their roof every single time it hails. It is our mission to reduce the waste involved in the roofing industry by installing roofs that are more durable. Every time a just one roof needs to be replaced from hail damage it adds 7500 lbs of material in the dump. We estimate that about 30% of the material in the dumps around the Denver metro area are filled with roofing materials..

From working directly with Brandon from start to finish, to getting guidance and knowing he would be there to supervise and see the work through to completion--the whole experience was excellent. We received other quotes that were over 50% higher, and he even went to the length of going above and beyond any kind of code requirement while still saving us money. We are very happy and couldn't have given any advice for room to improve. Thanks Brandon!

Brandon and Nick were so very helpful. I had a pending closing on a house and the roof was the last step. Because I'd had to wait for the insurance company to make a determination on whether the roof needed to be replaced, I was at the deadline when I contacted CCU. The bid and final cost were the same and very reasonable. They were very respectful of the deadline I was under and very understanding. The work was completed right away, they squeezed my estimate and my job in. Everything was cleaned up after and looks so nice. Great great company. I couldn't have asked for better. Thanks guys!

Brandons team did an exceptional job on our cedar roof install. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He also went the extra mile with our insurance claim and was able to get an additional $5500 on items the adjuster missed. Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
