Refused to fix and complete job, total nightmare. Trying to move now and forced to fix their mistakes

They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for which is quality and they will make sure things are done right. They break down everything for you ahead of time and there is no hidden charges. Fair, always able to reach PM. At the end it took a bit longer but the job is done right.

Colorado Custom Basements did an outstanding job on two bathroom remodels. These were both complete demo's - they did awesome! The team was a great group of people to work with - from the owners to the tradesmen, all who took great pride in their work. Loved all of them! We were on a tight deadline due to my son's wedding - they met my deadline with a week to spare. We've had several compliments on their work - price was right, too. I definitely would refer them to everyone and anyone - great group of people.

Jeff and Nick from COLORADO CUSTOM BASEMENTS handled our entire basement remodel, from drawing up the plans, obtaining building permits, hiring contractors, being present for inspections, etc. I was particularly impressed by the way our bid was itemized so that we knew exactly what we were paying for. The final cost was exactly as bid. The quality of the work done was top notching in all aspects and the occasional problem was handled quickly and professionally. Their expertise in recommending placement of ceiling lights meant that our new living space is well-lit and welcoming. We particularly love the new bathroom. Their contractors did the work in a very professional manner (observing all COVID protocols) and the way in which work was performed meant little disruption to our daily lives. After the project was finished we had some of their contractors do additional work for us in the upstairs (painting and electrical) that was stop notch and affordable too. The only â problemâ is that our basement now looks even better than the upstairs! We would more definitely recommend COLORADO CUSTOM BASEMENTS! They did a wonderful job for us and I know you will be pleased as we were with their work!

Colorado Custom Basements did an outstanding job with our basement finish. We had CCB finish our 700 sq.ft. basement and the job was completed in about 10 weeks. The process was very streamlined and the timelines were pretty much right on track. If you have a favorite plumber, electrician, cabinetmaker, or HVAC person/company, you can use them if you like. Their remodel process can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. The craftsmanship is excellent and the costs were spot on to what we were quoted. And above all, the customer service is outstanding. No project is without its complications and all of our concerns were corrected much to our satisfaction. They were able to create our vision of the space to a T. I highly recommend CCB!

Colorado Custom Basements did an amazing job for us in our whole house renovation. Our project began at about the time that the lockdowns due to Covid began. They did a great job of scheduling and working under the state mandated restrictions that were in place and were able to come close to staying on time. This was very surprising given some the delays were beyond their control.

Colorado Custom Basements did a very professional and exceptional job on our large basement remodel. Not only did they meet our shorter term deadline but also completed the project during the height of the Covid pandemic which I know brought unexpected hurdles. The level of communication by Nick and Jeff was fantastic and they were always responsive to our needs. we are very pleased with the end result and our family is enjoying our quality basement.

Colorado Custom Basements and Remodeling is simply amazing. We had them finish our basement in NW Arvada, the Five Parks neighborhood. The addition was about 970 square feet and included a large wet bar with granite tops, dishwasher, ice maker, beverage fridge, and loads of cabinet space. We added a bedroom with walk in closet and en suite full bathroom, entertainment space, and a large storage room. We met with Jeff in early December after also meeting with several other contractors. We were most comfortable with Jeff and the team. The main reasons were after meeting with them, they had a well drawn and detailed schematic of what the basement would look like. Also had detailed cost estimates broken down to great detail. It helped up immensely to have those details before entering into a contract. We had a couple back and forths on design and they were great to work with in the pre construction phase. Construction began the week before Christmas and completed in early March just before the COVID crisis began. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The work was truly amazing. We used reclaimed wood for several accent walls, and included two hidden doors using the reclaimed wood. The trim carpenter had never done anything like it but he exceeded our expectations. His name is Bill and he works for CCBR, and he is a miracle worker. The custom touches turned our basement into a one of a kind entertainment area. I would recommend CCBR to anyone for any remodeling project.

Jeff and his team did a great job on our project. They took care of every part we needed them to complete. Jeff made regular visits to the site to check on sub-contractors and was a pleasure to work with. Project was completed on time and on budget.

Project is half completed. So far very nice.
