It took twice as long as they said to receive the shower door, but it looks really great installed.

Overall, my replacement window looks great, and it doesn?t appear to have any leaks; however, the communication with this company is rather difficult. Initially, I was told that the job would be finished in 5-7 days. After a few weeks with no word from them at all, I got another estimate from a different glass company. The next day (weeks after not hearing a thing), Colorado Custom Glass called me out of the blue to tell me that my glass was in. While a bit surprised, I went ahead and scheduled the install for a few days later. No one showed for that appointment. I called the office, and he couldn?t get a hold of anyone to figure out why they didn?t come. The man in the office told me that he would personally show up a few days later to make up for the miscommunication, which he did, but this was after it was made clear that the entire job would be cancelled if he didn?t arrive when he said he was going to. While I do like my new window, I can?t give them the highest rating because it was very difficult to actually get it installed.

They were quick with coming out, giving me an estimate and were here the same day they received the window in. I would recommend them to anyone who needs glass repair. They also gave me an estimate on some custom glass I was thinking about.

Leonard was great--super nice guy who is very conscientious and does excellent work. Because the job had been delayed he made a special trip to my home to finish the job in the evening.
