"Anna, We were under contract with you to come into the house remove some existing flooring, so that the other contractor you were working with could handle your subfloor issues then we were to come back and reinstall the flooring. We had you on the schedule within 72hrs of you finalizing contract, and we came out to the house within 24-48 hours after that. I disrupted our schedule as your other contractor did not show up on the day they were supposed to arrive, and never made an issue about it. The issues with the mold was from your sliding glass door at the back of the house leaking. We did absolutely no work that could have caused mold. I am sorry you feel the way that you do, but the things you described is not how we operate here at Colorado Hardwood Floors, as the previous reviews speak for themselves."
