Charge too much unreliable. Poor communication. Left mold .

The refinished floor turned out beautifully. At the recommendation of Chaz Zamani, we looked at retaining the natural wood color. That was a great suggestion which we selected. Couldn't be happier.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were efficient and cleaned up when they were finished. My new floor looks beautiful and I am very happy.

My job required re-finish of existing hardwood as well as installation of new with a full and undetectable blend of the two. The workmen in all phases were excellent. The bid for this project was not the lowest I received, but it was, in my estimation, the best dollar value.

We have original 1900's hardwoord fur floors that needed refinishing before our son starting crawling around. They did a great job filling in the gaps and sanding the worn down areas. The finish looks great. Jason was also very helpful in coordinate movers and scheduling the work around when my family could be out of the house for a few days.

These guys were awesome to work with. Went through some problem solving with me for our floor layout and transitions. We had them install 7” wide plank, white oak, engineered floor. It looks great and we are very pleased with their quality and dedication to our schedule. Hopefully the floors last a lifetime but we would use them again on our next home!

Jarrod was great to work with. He was timely in meeting with us and giving a quote. He followed up with me to see if we had made a decision. When I had questions, he responded immediately. When we decided to go with Lifetime, we set a date that worked for us. Julian showed up at the precise time we had agreed on and began working immediately. We had a section of floor that needed repair and Jarrod was there in a timely manner and did it perfectly. Julian was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job and answered all our questions during the process. After hey finished, we had one area needing attention and they both came out soon after we called and corrected it. They even helped us move some heavy items back into our living room. We were very pleased with the professional job they did as well as their attention to detail and customer service. We highly recommend them and will use them again.

Good work

Jason, Jarod, and Christopher are extremely detailed and thorough. The quality of their work is highly recommended! Their customer service and making clients happy is also superior to many other companies we’ve worked with.

They did a good job on the floors, but really scratched, marked, and dinged up my walls with their equipment. They have been attentive to this and other normal punch list items to make right, but a little more care could've been taken during the install.
