My AC went out right before the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call later Friday night setting up a visit early next morning. They were right on time and willing to explain what was happening with my aging unit. They even left me a couple fuses to keep my unit running until we can figure out next steps.

Very impressed by the professional experience and service received by CHAMPS. CHAMPS were skilled in their work. They were professional and did not nickle and dime. They were happy to fix little items that came up without greatly altering their original quote. I felt like I got good value for my money for my AC/furnace install. They also did a water heater replacement and did quality work. I would definitely work with them for future projects.

All I needed was to replace batteries in the thermostat. The serviceman replaced the batteries and checked the furnace. There was no charge for the call. I will be hiring them when the furnace needs real repairs.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anything you need!! I had 7 previous companies come out and had Air Conditioning issues for the entire summer of 2020 and the entire summer of 2021 until today. They are extremely responsive, (every time I put in a work order they came out the same day, within a few hours) very knowledgeable, and great customer service, everyone that came to our house was very nice! And we FINALLY have AC again!!

I was in the hospital with a newborn when my heat went out. I called and they immediately came over to my house and didnâ t leave until 11pm when the job was done. Incredible people and would definitely hire them again!!!
