Excellent service.

Very professional, prompt, informative and courteous while repairing and servicing 4 gas fireplaces in our home. I will be using them for annual maintenance going forward based on this experience.

They lure you in with upfront promises of $175 for all labor plus any parts. That all sounds good till you find out they put a 350% markup on the parts. I search online for the parts they put in and they were worth $115. They charged me $450 for the parts plus the $175 show-up fee. Everyone needs to make a profit, but good grief. They did show up on time and the work was done to a high level of quality. But their upfront sales practices are very deceiving and leave being taken advantage of at the end of the process.

The team was very professional and was able to fix and clean all our fireplaces. They even came back to make sure the fireplaces were sealed. Highly recommend and will use them again.

I cannot believe this place is even recommended on Home Advisor it is so horrible. I was left in tears. First off when he came he rang the doorbell once, I am upstairs with my baby and then he starts pounding on the door. I confirmed my appointment, I promise I am home. He then gets really mad that someone grouted the fireplace opening in. We have only lived in our house for 1 year, so again this is something he could of explained to me. He then says he needs to remove the grout, which is totally okay, but I asked him to be careful around the tile. Within minutes he is taking a screwdriver to the grout AND tile and the beautiful white tile around my fireplace is chipping. I was so upset I had to excuse myself and go upstairs. The pilot light thing had melted and replaced it costing us $600!!! Which fine, I do not know how much fireplace things cost, but he never even asked before installing it. He then finishes up and I ask him what to do about the tile and he basically just says, why would I know I dont do tile! Then why chip our tile? The beautiful focal point of our house was ruined within seconds. Would I have gotten my fireplace fixed if I knew it would be the cost of how my fireplace looks. No, I absolutely would not. I also always read reviews first but I feel like I was catfished! There is a remarkable company with the same name, and no LLC is Greenwood Village that I thought was coming out. I am left with a chipped fireplace and $600 less for poor customer service, poor work quality. He takes absolutely NO respect in anything. I am not even going to bother to call because from what I read in other reviews the lady is rude and hangs up and they really do not care what they ruin. They take your money and do a bad job. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! I do not know of any other companies, but they have to be better than Rick. RUN.

Wow, I wish I had read the reviews before using this company. The woman who (very rarely) answers the phones there is extremely difficult to work with, and it always took 3 or so phone calls to schedule a single appointment. After paying $1500 dollars for our fireplace to be in good working order, we find out a few weeks later that the ignitor no longer worked to light the pilot light. We called back, and the woman offered to call us to walk us through lighting the pilot light. We never got a call from her. We got ahold of her again and set up a facetime with her to walk us through lighting the pilot light. She ghosted us again. Since then, I have called and left countless voicemails. Not a single time has anyone answered the phone, and I have not received a single call back. What a horrible company to work with - I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone. Furthermore, we knew how to light the pilot light. That was not even a problem. What a complete waste of time and money, considering our fireplace still does not work correctly, as it sounds like many others have had a similar experience. Yikes!

They never completed the job. They would not answer our calls or emails.

After spending $786 the fireplace is not working properly. Now they want to charge another $150 service charge to fix what they failed to repair the first time.

Tammy was amazing to work with when scheduling the job. Rick arrived as planned, was well prepared to do the work, and expertly serviced my fireplaces to the inspectors recommendations. I would absolutely recommend them.
