I started Colorado Mechanical Services in July 2009 and built my clientele from the ground up. I am able to provide customers with a variety of services & we offer highly competitive rates, for even the most complex projects. We use the most advanced test instruments and equipment in the HVAC/R Industry. My mission was, and always WILL BE, to be the most affordable professional mechanical contractor in the Pikes Peak region. I promise my customers dedication to the job at hand, on-time service, availability to answer questions or address concerns throughout an entire project- and professionalism in dealing with me or my staff. CMS is a FULL-SERVICE-HVAC Company & we work on Heating, Air- Conditioning, provide Boiler Services, Preventative Maintenance, Duct Work or Cleaning; we also specialize in refrigeration/ geothermal & hydronics and more- all of which sets us apart from other companies. Worst service, timeliness, communications, when they did call schedule arrival time the would not show up and never cancel, and 10 months later, still no operating new boiler. Stay FAR FAR away from these guys. They lost their Pikes Peak Regional Building Department revoked their license to do work in El Paso County because of the number of complaints and poor workmanship.

very nice people - they are on time and even called when they were on their way, there was a minor miscommunication but they went above and behond to make it right- price was right too and the work was done in a professional way- we are happy with our fixed heating system- highly recommended

My A/C failed and I called CMS. Jamie provided outstanding service during his visit. He provided a thorough diagnostics check on the entire system and determined the cause of the problem. The blower fan was quickly replaced and a new motor installed in less than an hour! He also notified me of several maintenance needs required for my unit and provided solutions of how best to optimize my A/C and furnace - WOW! I am definitely doing business with CMS in the near future. I highly recommend CMS to everyone for their A/C and furnace needs, especially if you need someone fast!

Awesome service, by owner Jamie. Very fast response and service, extremely knowledgeable. I had hoped it was just a thermostat but ended up needing a replacement furnace, right before it was supposed to be in the teens or single digits. Same day I had a new energy effecient heater. Great followup all the way thru the process, and after the inspection some followup was also needed, which was taken care right away. Great communication and service, I highly recommend Jamie if you need any kind of furnace/heating work done.
