He was very thorough and provided us with enough information to bring certain things to my attention that I didn't notice and made it so we could negotiate a $5000 credit due to the inspection. He recommended we do a mold test which we didn't want to do but ended up doing and ended coming back positive so the seller ended up needing to do some mold remediation on top of the credit.
