After our neighbor accidently flooded our basement Colorado Premier was my first choice to help asses the damage and start the clean up. Tyler was able to come out about 45 mins after we called and he was very knowledgeable about what was needed and helped to ease our minds. Come to find out the damage was not as bad as we initially thought. I will never use a different company Colorado Premier is the BEST!!!

They came quickly and got the job done

They were right on top of the problem from the moment I hired them they were fast and did great work. The work was done in 5 days and every issue or concern I had about the project was addressed immediately. Only thing I wish is that I had found them in the beginning instead of going through 4 other contractors before I got to them.

Jason & his team quickly came out on a Sunday afternoon to assist with our flooded basement. The team was quick, thorough, & professional, not to mention they took extra precautions in regards to covid. I can t speak highly enough of our experience.

They arrived quickly and performed the work well. However, their communication with me was not effective or sufficient.

Came a day early and took care of everything. I was called by Jared? within ten minutes of submitting the request. Wonderful experience and great customer service.

Justin came in, gave us a bid the next day and we hired them. Juan was a true artisan, matching the texture, color and trim exactly as it was. He put up the shelving in one day. Outstanding job.

I've used Chris and Colorado Restoration twice for water mitigation issues and they are fantastic. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful of keeping costs down. They are the best in the biz and I would highly recommend them.

Great service and friendly. Scheduling was a hassle. Would say they would be there and not show up until 2-3 hours later or not at all. When I did call would get immediate results and an apology. Just don't think it should be the home owner making sure they do what they say they are going to do and making sure they show up as planned. If they make a schedule change , as per conversation with them on the phone, then the homeowner should be notified. Other than that very professional when here and did a great job.

Each phase of the process, from mitigation to restoration and cleaning was handled very professionally. They made the whole process easier for us so we know there will not be problems in the future.

Colorado Premier Restoration came and looked at my project and gave me an honest assessment of the issue (basement / crawlspace water). I would use them again in the blink of an eye! They were wonderful and I recommend them highly.

I'd had a tenant overflow a toilet, causing hundreds of gallons of water to flood my three-level house. The bamboo and marble floors and some of the walls were destroyed, the toilet was destroyed, and water had flooded the HVAC. I was overwhelmed by the damage and what I needed to do. I found Colorado Premier Restoration at HomeAdvisor.com. I met with owner, Chris Weston. He was great and very reassuring. He gave me a very reasonable quote. I told him my birthday was in a week, and I had planned a party. He guaranteed me that the house would be ready in time. It seemed impossible with that much damage. The team started the next day. Everyone on the team was so professional and just so understanding. Every day they arrived early, and sometimes, they stayed very late to complete the job. They worked over the weekend. In all, they removed four layers of flooring in some places, and they removed the rest of the flooring from the house. Then they did it all: they laid beautiful bamboo flooring throughout the house, and they managed to exactly match the travertine marble in my bath. They cut out walls, replaced them, and painted them. They vacuumed the HVAC, which had been flooded. They moved most of my belongings and took great care doing so. And when they found asbestos, they brought in another awesome company to clear up that stressful problem. Then they moved all my belongings right back where they should be--including about 50 pairs of shoes and over 1,000 books. After everything was fixed and looked better than before the water damage, the team arrived and moved and reassembled everything. All in time for my birthday. Every single member of the team could not have been kinder or more respectful. I cannot speak more highly of my interaction with these men--such positive attitudes and wonderful dispositions. And as the final team member left, he gave me a dozen roses for my birthday with the message that the team wanted to ensure that I had a happy birthday, and you know what? I really did. I cannot say enough positive things about Colorado Premier Restoration.
