Our mitigation system was installed quickly and in a professional manner. They also painted the outdoor piping to match the multi-color paint scheme of the house.

Tyler and his team installed a Radon Mitigation System in our house. Our numbers were extremely high before the installation (8x over the recommended limit). After the system has been installed, numbers are negligible (less than 10% of the recommended limit). The system has been installed in a very professional fashion, well thought through, compliant and safe. The system is unobtrusive and was painted in the house color. The work has been excellent and fast. Staff is courteous, experienced, and friendly. I have recommended Tyler already a few times and will continue to do so. Thank you for the excellent job. Tyler was quick to respond to my request on Angieâ s List/Home Advisor and his previous reviews helped solidify me initial decision to accept his bid. He was always very polite and accommodating of my schedule as we moved through the process. Lesson learned on this job: never assume a passive system installed by the builder will have enough vertical pipe in the attic to accommodate the easy installation of a fan, My job required a roofing company as well because the passive system vented through the roof in a spot that could not fit the fan. Once that was worked out Tyler returned to finish the install and schedule the retest. My before and after numbers showed a significant improvement in the radon mitigation and I am very pleased with the end result.

I called to get more information about radon dangers and schedule a test in my apartment. They were quick, easy, and very informative! I'd recommend them to anyone worried about radon levels in their home and to anyone unsure of radon dangers like I was. Better to be safe!

Most other companies I previously used for Radon testing had such outdated equipment and were slow to reply. Justin was so quick to get back to me and had top-of-the-line testing machines. I work in real estate and have to get tests for homes often, so I have decided to use them for all of my tests in Fort Collins moving forward!
