The worst company I have ever had. My fridge was damage whilst the technician was moving it. The company refuse to admit he did it. I took videos and picture . Itâ s a heavy fridge I could not move that to damage it. I told the tech when I saw it and he did not say anything. He instead push the fridge closer to the counter to hide it. What a cheap unprofessional and unethical company â ¦ my home still smelt of bleach which was used on the fridge after 10 days. No comments from the company except to say the damage was there before. Never recommend this company.

Rudy contacted me almost immediately once I requested assistance. I was able to explain the symptoms with my 37 year old Maytag dryer and he was quickly able to come to my home. He immediately began to diagnose and repair my dryer. Within 2 hours from start to finish my dryer is back to its old self, and I am a happy satisfied customer. I will definitely recommend CRS Appliance Repair/Rudy to friends and family needing assistance. I am keeping their number on speed dial.

Rudy was just great and able to come out the same day! He s knowledgeable, took care of the washer repair quickly and was able to help with a couple other appliances I had questions about. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and we will call him the next time we have a problem!

Some people think they can do repair jobs themselves to save time and money. It always ends up costing more valuable time. Not to mention the aggrevation factor. Hire a professional. Very kind and professional man. Came in and got right to work, Figured out the problem with my dryer. Said he would order the parts and as soon as he got them he was back and put them in. The next day. I told him I wanted to replace all parts in my dryer except the motor and he found the parts for my 1989 Maytag dryer and installed them. At one point one of the parts required a special tool. He went out and bought and came back and put the part in. He didn't charge me any extra labor for the time it took to make 2 trips for parts and the tool he had to buy. Very efficient, honest and cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend Ruddy. He would be the only one I would call when I need a repairman. How about that Maytag Dryer still running very old. They don't make them today like they did back then. Very Happy!!!!
