Wood Shake or Composite Roofing Repair
Skip went above and beyond in order to get our leak fixed; even had a guy come out to shovel our roof so they could access the leak sooner. Moreover, he followed through on all commitments and completed all work in the time it was promised. Plus, he kept us updated on the progress with frequent phone calls. One of the best contractors with whom we've dealt.

Skip came out the day after I called to explain what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. We later scheduled a date for the repair and he came on time and fixed my leaky problems. He and his helper were polite, gave me the certification papers I needed, and cleaned up all of their work area! I was so relieved and happy with the work he did! Overall I am very pleased. Project was bid fairly. Contractor then failed to complete work in promised time frame. Cashed checks when work not completed as agreed. Work was poor quality at best. Took over six weeks to compete work promised in two days. Did not communicate after receiving money.

This company is very good at what they do. They found a very difficult leak for us and worked until it was fixed. Skip is very personable and nice to work with. Communications is sometimes a problem and I would suggest that you do hire Skip, but agree on a communications plan in advance, so you know what he is doing and can feel comfortable that work is being done as agreed. Other than that, we were very pleased with the work he did, including coming back to fix a leak that happened after we thought it was fixed. We would recommend this company to others

"We found that the leak is coming from a structural deck movement - not from work we did. We will still correct the structural problem for them. We have been out to the property numerous times and are still working on the situation. The leak is not clearly evident in the deck area, but we are still working on it to correct the problem."

Although Skip was late for the estimate, his scope of work matched that of the insurance company. Also his quote and warranty period (5 year with semi-annual inspections) were superior to the second company's bid and warranty. On the day scheduled for the work, everything went like clockwork. Skip had pictures of the before and after for each item listed on his proposal. My husband and I are extremely happy with Skip and his crew's work.

"This client wanted us to move electrical power to the flat portion of his home, which we cannot do, and never have heard from him about getting an electrical contractor scheduled before we could do the work. We also had no contract - due to the fact he had not getting the electrical work done."

I am just getting started with Skip on reparing my roof. He is very professional, knowagable and explains everything, even when I asked stupid questions. He went over every detail on what was going to be done.I'm new at this and he put me at ease. They will start the work this following Mon or Tue so I can't rate the job proformance yet but I am sure I will be satisified 100%.
