Colorado Structural Repair

The crew did a fantastic job installing an internal french drain in my basement to deal with water seepage in our house in the Highlands. The also repaired the cement walls. The crew was hard working and timely, and the price was right!

This company is very honest. After receiving a 25,000 quote from another company I got a second opinion from Colorado Structural Repair and they said that none of the repairs were necessary and that I should hire an engineer to confirm this. I did hire an engineer and they said the same thing. Even though the sell of our house fell through because of the first company, at least we didn't shell out 25 grand in needed repairs.

On-site workers did a good job, they just needed more careful supervision.

Ok company. When they came out to do the repairs their work truck leaked oil on my driveway. They also broke the crawl space. They repaired the door with a piece of wood and it looks awful. They said they would take care of the oil spill, but one month later I am still waiting for it to be cleaned up. I am not happy with the company, they collected their fee, but left me with more expenses.

They came out gave a free inspection of the foundation of a home for one of my clients, and then offered to do the same for another one of my properties. Will definitely hire them for any foundation work I need done as well as recommend them to my clients..

We contacted Colorado Structural Repair after our home inspector found a large horizontal crack along the outside of our home. They were able to get someone out the next day (for free!) to inspect the house and let us know if there were any structural concerns. Jack was fantastic to work with and extremely thorough. We were lucky not to need any repairs, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them if we ever do.

Very pleased with overall experience with Colorado Structural Repair. The shower up for scheduled appointments on time, very professional. When the project was completed we had to call them back out and they helped us troubleshoot our concerns with expert solid advice!

They did a great job. On time and efficient.

After the flood in 2013, my basement began to leak. I had called numerous contractors to diagnose and fix the problems. Nobody could explain how or why it was leaking or the fixes they offered did not work. Finally, this firm came out, excavated the exterior and put in a french drain, all for a very reasonable price -- much cheaper than the engineers, landscapers, and others I tried. Great work and value for the money!
