After a main sewer line backup, I called Mr. Rooter. They failed to clean the line. Then they tried to convince me that my line had offsets in it and that the whole line would need to be replaced (very expensive). I wanted another opinion, so I called Tom. He scoped the line and saw a couple of roots that had grown in causing the backup. No significant offsets that would require a complete replacement. He cleaned the line and showed me the video of the successful cleanout. I will be calling Tom for my plumbing repairs from now on. He is a good, honest guy. Thanks Tom!

I do not typically write reviews... neighbors are aware... contractor has fishy practices, to say the least... the job was done in a rush by a third party, exhaust pipes were left sticking out (tripping hazard); neighbor sidewalk got damaged... very hard to get a hold of Thomas, then took him ages to collect the payment... until one day demanded payment on the spot... which I managed to make... (please note that I was promised a video of the sewer pipe and I never got it until threatened payment); took him another 2 weeks to actually deposit the payment check... glad I as looking as it could easily have over-drafted my bank account... also my tenant complained and he just walked into their backyard invading his privacy... finally I asked him for a receipt and I am still waiting for it.

Tom will be our go-to guy going forward for all our plumbing needs. He gave a very fair quote for our project and was upfront about his schedule. Glad our project wasn’t an emergency and we were able to go with him.

Would not call back with information about sewer scope for real estate transactions, possibly losing a contract on the house.

Tom walked from the job because we asked him for a commitment on his schedule in order to complete a whole house remodel project. He kept changing the dates, and the day he decided he could be there finish subgrade work for a basement bathroom, we had an asbestos abatement company scheduled for the same day that we had to cancel and pay an extra remobilization fee to so he could finish. Our schedule would have worked if it weren't for Tom's moving target of a schedule. In the end, he walked and wanted to adjust the final bill for an amount that put us over budget to have someone else complete. He threatened to lien the property if we didn't pay in full. We used to use Colorado Water Works for sewer replacements also, which was also supposed to be completed. We're happier with more reliable contacts now, as a silver lining. So much easier to work with contractors that are in the team spirit and not just thinking about their own schedule. Oh, and he walked because we balked about him taking a vacation in the middle of the project that we didn't know about.

Tom repaired the main line due to roots intrusion. He was quick and the most affordable option. My only critique would be a lack of clear communication. We ironed everything out and the project was done well and with care.

Worked with Tom. Had kind of a slow start because of the weather, but in the end, Tom did a great job.

Tom was professional in every aspect of our experience. We had a kitchen line that needed to be repaired along with some other pipes that had shown leaks. I had extensively researched companies online and also had multiple companies/people visit the house to offer their opinion/solution and bids. Tom not only the best assessment and approach but also offered options for both process and price point. His work was efficient and of great quality all while doing a invasive project he was also sure to clean around and behind him. It is amazing how many friends and neighbors not only said they did not have a good plumber/contractor option but asked if we found one to relay their info. I will most certainly being hiring and referring Tom and Colorado Water Works in the future (as long as he is willing :) )

Tom took the time to explain the problem, said that I didn't need a repair at this time, but rather a thorough main line cleaning by someone looking to really clean the line, not do a quick punch through the tree roots. I will call Tom and only Tom for any future needs.

Great contractor. Easy to work with and do business with. Estimate and pre-work was thorough so there were no surprises when work started. The initial visit was well paced and the contractor took the time to listen to us to know what we needed to have done. There was no attempt to up sell or creep scope of services. The crews arrived and finished on time. Communications were a bit sluggish but the contractor is very responsive to text/email so this wasn't a too big of a deal. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

Honest! Didn't do unnecessary work!

Thom's crew did a great job on the sewer replacement. Previous vendor made quite a mess that his company effectively resolved (in half the time as the other guy). The operator accidentally hit my power line during excavation which fried my computer. Without hesitation, Thom offered to pay me $200 over the cost of the PC repair. I was not expecting that. This company is the real deal and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I will use no other contractor for the services they provide. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job. The work was performed quickly. The price was considerably lower than the competition. The only negative is the lack of communication after the project was completed. But overall I would use him again and give full recommendations.
