Jordan is an excellent example of competence and customer service. Straight forward, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend him and thank God I called them after getting a ridiculously high quote from another company.

The serviceman that came out was the owner's son. Both of my furnaces are 18 years old and one stopped working. Before he even opened up the furnace that wasn't working he was trying to sell me two new furnaces. I requested he try to figure out was wrong. During this visit he constantly talked down his competitors and how they were over priced and unreliable. He had to order a new motor and he returned 4 days later with it. The new motor did not work so he tried changing a few other components none of which fixed the issue. Finally he just gave up, packed his tools and left. He did not even install my original components and took the screws with him needed to reinstall the original motor. I phoned him today to please return these parts so the new company I engaged can start with the original set up to trouble shoot the problem. He was confrontational on the phone and refused to return the parts

Even though our A/C unit is only a few years old, the condenser stopped working. (Due to an incorrect install by another company in Longmont). Justin was able to come out the same day we called and made the repair very quickly and for a reasonable price. He is professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We would call him again in a heartbeat!

I am amazed at how courteous, sincere and professional Jordan, our tech, was. He explained the alternatives with costs and acted immediately upon my choices. I had complicated issues on my 19 year old Lennox furnace. Intermittent control issues and multiple contributing parts. I also have grandkids living with us both seniors so delays were not on my list of options. He was here by 8:45am and done including a trip to Denver by noon. I rarely can justify all 5 stars in all categories but this job deserves them all.

Colorado's Finest H&AC were very responsive -- they called me right away and scheduled an appointment within a reasonable time frame. They arrived on time and discovered that my furnace could be repaired -- I am so grateful! I will definitely use them again!

We called Colorado's Finest Heating and they gave us a quote to replace our 17 year old furnace, Jordan came out and went through all of our options for replacement, we went with a 2 stage furnace to help supplement the comfort upstairs. They installed a Heil furnace and April air humidifier. I am over all very please with the look, feel and price of my new furnace and installation procedures of this company.

They did a great job. Were on time for the appointment. Which is a big plus. Clean and neat. Very knowledgeable.

Excellent service... only negative was preference to be paid by check due to the fact that the tech is a subcontractor and did not want to pay the credit card usage charge. Tech was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, on time, and did the job for the price quoted.

I had a great experience with Colorado's Finest. I had a furnace emergency early in the morning, they sent a technician to my house right away. The technician was very nice. He did a great job and was very knowledgable about what needed to be fixed. My furnace was up and running in no time! I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends!
