The guys from Colorpro were great. They cleaned my carpets on a Thursday. After I got home from work on Friday evening, I noticed an area of concern in the hallway. I texted Russ and sent a pic. Even though it was after hours on Labor Day weekend and he was out of town, he replied with an explanation (wicking) and a suggestion for addressing the problem on my own until his guys could come the following Tuesday to correct the problem. I was very appreciative of his quick response, but was thrilled when the next morning, Saturday, his guys appeared to work on the spot. It was completely removed and all of the carpet looks great! I was truly impressed with this company and their customer service. I felt like a VIP customer! I recommend this company for sure and will definitely hire them again!

Russ and his guys have been cleaning my carpets for at least 12-15 years! Though I have not used them for awhile (for no other reason than they did such a good job that I haven't needed them lately), I know, without a doubt, that they are the best! Much of the carpet in our house is about 40 years old, and Russ, Bayne, etc., have taken more than excellent care of them. In addition, they are consummate professionals, always giving honest opinions, and doing their best job, no matter what the problem. I highly recommend them for any and all of your needs, and will call them again soon. I will not use anyone else! Love these guys!

This crew was exceptional! Job completed quickly and efficiently. The carpets look almost new and are 20 years old. Would certainly recommend this company to any and all.

Called and talked with Russell who was very informative and helpful. Especially since I was having carpet cleaned for my mom, while I live about 2 and 1/2 hours away! I had a relative look at it and she said it was not only clean but made her apt. smell really good! Thank you Russell for going all the way to Mineola for us!

Did a great job in and out fast

Russell and Ian were very knowledgeable and super nice. Ian let me know everything they were doing and did a great job. Our floors look great. We had our tile cleaned and resealed, they look brand new and my carpets look and smell very clean. Will defiantly use them again and will recommend to family and friends.
