Scammed into paying for a full sprinkler system that does not function! owner does not return calls or stand by work. For three weeks, for days on end he promised to come fix the system and never showed. Finally he stopped returning calls

Guys no. No. No. And no. I do not recommend this company. Most people in my neighborhood went with the company that the builder recommended and their yards are doing fine. But I made the mistake of going with Alex because he seemed super confident and knowledgeable. It took him and his crew almost a week to install the system in my tiny yard. In fact I had to reach out to Alex to get them to come out and FINISH the job. They left cut pipes and trash all around my yard that I had to clean up. I was so concerned about the quality of work that I got a second opinion from another installer who was very thorough and gave me suggestions on what Alex needed to correct. Recently we had Comcast out installing a line in peopleâ s yards. They hit one of my irrigation pipes. It turns out that Alex put a pipe in that area 3 inches below the surface instead of 6 inches below the surface like the rest of the irrigation system. I wasnâ t informed of this until after the fact. There are other options people. Please donâ t be stupid like me and go with the guy who appears to know everything. Go with the person who actually has a long list of descriptive, positive reviews.
