Mr Colson, while friendly and energetic, has left our home site a complete and utter mess. His new concrete was/is spilled and trampled over our existing concrete, he has yet to clean that. Hasn't sealed or even cleaned the concrete he poured. He built a 14X30 garage that doesn't have a complete footer, as his concrete estimate was not enough to cover the footer cost. He has left about 4 tons of rock in our yard. Our building still does not have its garage door do to an issue with his payment to the garage door company. We have paid Mr Colson in cash and have his signature on those payments. I think he would do well with small jobs.

We have not had the work done yet, but Mr. Colson came out and gave us an estimate. We were very impressed with his professionalism and work in a timely manner. He will probably be the man we choose for the job.

Fabulous customer service. Mr. Colson is a pleaure to deal with and my elderly parents LOVE him. The job is not finished yet, but so far, communication has been great and everything has been as it was promised.
