He was on time for the estimate which was a good sign. He had a reasonable price for the grading. While he was here I asked about other landscaping work, which was also quite reasonable. He and his crew were polite and cleaned up afterwards.

Colt’s property service has done multiple projects for me and has done a good job with all of them. Most recently he regraded underneath my deck. And replaced the old footings. It was very tight and tricky to get a machine in, but he managed with no problems. Would definitely recommend going forward.

Colton handled a full landscaping cleanup, the results were truly remarkable. Colton was friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job within such a timely manner. Colton trimmed the overgrown scrubs and fluffed up the mulch that now it looks just as new. The landscaping looks refreshed and well-maintained again. I am truly impressed with his remarkable work. I intend to reach out again with further jobs.
