About us
Established in 1984, Columbia Basin Satellite & Electric has been providing quality satellite TV service to customers since before DISH Network and DirecTV even existed. We also have more 5 star reviews than DISH and Direct combined. When we started out, we worked with satellite dishes anywhere from 6 to 20 feet in diameter, both in commercial and residential settings. And as technology evolved, so did we. As the satellite dish was reduced to a mere 18 inches through the assistance of DirecTV and DISH Network, Columbia Basin Satellite & Electric teamed up with the both satellite companies to help them pioneer this technology. Columbia Basin Satellite & Electric prides itself on being customer focused, serving the Tri-Cities and greater Mid-Columbia communities. Our philosophy is "take care of the customer first, and then the rest will fall into place." We strive to build long-term relationships with our customers through exceptional customer service.
