Thee cleaner did a really good job and worked really hard. He was done quickly, but I got the impression he was overbooked? He was sweating when he was done! He did a good job nevertheless and we had a large urine problem to deal with. The carpets are clean and smell good.

Very happy with all aspects of this company. Could not recommend anything to improve. They removed stains that I was not able to do myself and gave us many helpful suggestions. We will use them for all future floor cleaning

We had removal of grout and regroup of our kitchen and entry tile. Elvio quoted 2-3days to complete project. They scheduled the following week I called and completed the job in one day ! VERY conscious of the quality of job they were doing. Quick and clean. I will be contacting them for my laminate project

Took 4 days to dry, carpet buckled but mostlt dried down. Stains worse than beefore. No stain spotting done. Previous cleaning got stains out. 3 spots from puppy pee were not treated or removed. Carpets feel sticky. 5 days since carpets done. Left message for manager to call. No response. Very disappointed.

"We have talked to the customer explaining that her carpet was already loose and buckle before we clean the carpet. Also, that some stains won't come out with the cleaning. Carpet was more than 15 years old."

I really rate this company as a huge ZERO. They took days to answer my call to change my appointment and then after confirming and having a text conversation, they didn't show up. No did they answer my text or phone call. Never hire this guy
