This company was very prompt in performing the work. They arrived around 8am to begin work, this being less than 24 hours after I agreed to the job.

I emailed this Contractor today about a leak near one of my 2nd floor windows. He responded immediately to my email request and was at my home within 3 hours. He discovered the problem and repaired it to my complete satisfaction. He was very professional and does outstanding work. Thanks Helber, Iâ ve got you on speed dial now.

All work was completed as defined, ahead of schedule and within estimate. We had a mix of services needed ranging from replacing damaged siding, replacing some dry rotted boards on the roof of our porch, and some exterior painting trim. All work was well outlined in the estimate and the team arrived as scheduled. Pricing was competitive relative to other estimates. We would absolutely hire them again.

Late entering this review but Columbia Contracting was awesome. They were very prompt in responding to me. Very fair in pricing and did an awesome job completing the project.

Helber Serrano called right away and came out to provide an estimate the same day. Online contract proposal was easy to review and process was very user friendly. Work was scheduled quickly and timing worked well with Columbia’s schedule. Cesar wrapped every window and removed all the rot replacing it with PVC where it was needed. Great detailed work. His work extended the life on my windows and brought them up to a new look! Came out fantastic!! Amazing work on 30 windows. Only one window had to get looked at again. It took a couple of days to get back to fix it which is still pretty responsive. Helber kept me informed the whole time and made sure everything ended up to my satisfaction. I felt I got a great price and value and thank Columbia Contracting for extending the life of my windows a few years. It was worth it so I can save for a full replacement while I can feel confident with the job Columbia Contracting did. I am considering to have them do my deck too, especially if the other contractor fails on that project. I can only hope I don’t regret not waiting for Columbia Contracting. I chose Columbia Contracting after hearing about them on Home Advisor and checking out their reviews. I can confidently say Helber and Columbia Contracting did not disappoint. Great work and my sincere thanks!!!

Helber drove an hour to get here just to give an estimate. We had five inches of rain, which closed a bridge, so he had to find a detour. He looked in the attic, went on the roof, found two “hard to find” leaks, pulled some shingles, including the molding around a vent pipe, and fixed our leaking roof. Very professional.

They repaired and refurbished my metal roof. It doesn't leak and it looks good. They gave me a long term guarantee. The price was reasonable. They did it all as quickly as the crazy weather allowed. Overall... good job.

Prompt response to original search and came out the next day after rain had stopped. Quickly diagnosed the problem and source of the leak and applied corrective actions. Then inspected the entire roof and applied same actions to ensure those locations would not cause similar issues in the future. Impressed.
