We received top notch service from start to finish. Whether it was coming to provide an estimate, the day of the installation or the tweaks for the permit, the teams arrived on time, did excellent work and were extremely easy to work with. And the communication through the office was the best I have ever experienced. I definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new air conditioner or furnace.

Our 25 year old gas furnace finally gave out, so we knew we would need a new system. We went without heat gor a full week, in order to get replacement bids from 5 companies. Columbia came in with a super price, top quality Carrier replacement system, superior installation crew and project manager, and, completed the work on time! We didn’t have to cut corners, even on our limited budget, and are completely satisfied! Highly recommend Columbia for anyone needing such services…

2nd Visit (2026): Another wonderful experience! My technician for my yearly maintenance appointment was Hunter L. and he was also so knowledgeable, kind, and great with all my questions. He took a lot of care with his work and I’m very impressed & grateful! 1st Visit (2025): I had a wonderful experience with Columbia and I'm so happy I chose them to investigate a possible repair. Jordan C. came to my home to inspect the unit, and he was incredibly professional, knowledgable, and kind. In addition, Columbia is so easy to contact and has the friendliest receptionist in Erin - who answered all of my questions with great detail and care. From this one interaction alone, I can tell that their business also holds value in offering fair & honest quotes - which is a breath of fresh air! I absolutely plan to return to Columbia for any future HVAC needs and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I received 5 bids before selecting Columbia. They were not the least expensive but they were the most knowledgeable, professional, kind and transparent. Travis (who I also highly recommend), the project manager showed up with a team of 7 to install my HVAC system. They worked diligently and went over and above. Some of the team stayed later to make sure I was fully educated on using my new system. The city inspector was very impressed with their work. I recommend them to all my neighbors and family/friends. Everyone has been very happy with their work.
