Scheduled yearly mini-split maintenance appointment. Jordan and Hunter came. Their conclusion was everything was clean and operational. So nice to have 2 men with integrity. They installed my ductless mini-splits 3 years ago. I have never had a problem. I recommended them to a friend and she had them installed. Since I didn’t need a cleaning they did not charge me anything! Not even a service call fee. They deserve 10 stars.

Columbia H&C installed a heat pump at our house and removed the gas furnace. The crew did an excellent job. They were timely and professional. Once it was all done they walked me through the system and how to adjust the thermostat. I am so pleased with how quiet the system is. The house is pleasantly warm when cold outside. When the air outside hit 80 degrees, i switch to cooling in the house and cold air quickly started coming out of the vents, keeping the house a perfect temperature.

Good tolerance for ambiguity and responsiveness. This project involved a lot of subcontractors and left me having to close on Final Mechanical Inspection on my own. Columbia ensured that the inspection went off without an issue even though I'd already paid in full.

Called this morning because of my furnace issue and got a very fast response! Edgar came ran diagnostics to find my problem and fixed it on the spot ! He gave a very pleasant experience and was not pushy just gave his honest opinion of what he would recommend of what needed to be done!
