40 years ago a business friend of mine introduced me to Columbia Heating over the years at all of my houses they have installed furnaces and air conditioning and maintained my systems Pat retired his son mark has taken over the business and followed in his dad's footsteps they both have a good work ethic a miracle last week Mark repaired my air conditioning unit I was not home and he diagnosed and fixed my air conditioning before I got home I highly recommend mark because of his work ethic and integrity

Highly responsive and thorough, professional and pleasant to work with. Our furnace needed repairs. Mark drove out to get the parts and returned same day to install, then continued with the service inspection. It was a long day, the traffic adding to it. We were putting our house on the market, so it was a relief to complete the inspection and repairs all in one day.

I had a great experience with Columbia Heating and Air Conditioning. The Service Rep had to work in a very cramped, awkward space and did a good, thorough job in spite of the difficulty. I hired him because my furnace was making a rattling noise. Instead of gouging me for lots of money, he honestly told me it was a piece of trim to a view port making the noise. He made it tight, easily done, and, no extra cost! The rattling noise is gone. He, then, found a bracket that holds my filter on hadn't been fixed last time the furnace was serviced, so, for years my filter hadn't been working. He showed us where to put the filter back when replacing it, fixed the bracket to make it snug, and went to his van to get replacement screws for my grating which was missing some. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the service and that's what I paid despite the extra work. I will definitely recommend and use Columbia Heating and Air Conditioning. Went above and beyond to find all of the issues, very thorough and knowledgeable. More than fair on pricing, worked longer to find the issues but did not charge me for the full amount of time he was there. I will definitely be working with them in the future.

I called for a furnace repair. Mark came out just a few hours later, diagnosed the problem, and also checked and cleaned my second furnace. He came back the next day to install a new pump for the ailing heater. Pleasant, knowledgeable man, and reasonably priced. I will use this company again, next time my heater needs servicing.

I need to apologize to Mark Bjorquist for my delayed review. Mark is a solid, standup guy in addition to being very knowledgeable about my problem. I definitely recommend Columbia Heating & AC. They are a 5-Star service provider. A few weeks ago, when the weather got cool. I turned up the thermostat. What I got was intermittent heat, then no heat. I call Columbia Heating & AC & talked to Mark Bjorquist. Mark came to my house later that same afternoon. He immediately noticed a worn spot on a small rubber tube. Mark then commented that we should see an LED blink red 3-times --- and that would verify that the tube was an issue (although there may be others). It happened exactly as he predicted.NOW HERE'S THE AMAZING part that really 'blew-me-away'. I asked what did I owe? I expected at least a $119 service call fee. He said that he was on his way home from another worksite, didn't use any parts. His 'number' was much much lower that the standard service fee. I was 'floored'! I am retired & on a fixed income, so what Mark did was absolutely wonderful! I'ld give Mark & Columbia Heating & AC a zillion stars if the rating system went that high. God bless you, Mark.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
My ductless heat pump malfunctioned and I needed someone to service Asap!! I rely on the AC during this time of year!! I contacted them on WED and they came on THURSDAY and even had to fight traffic due to labor day!!! But Mark made it. My Heat Pump is working better THAN IT EVER HAS BEFORE. I HAD HIRED MULTIPLE A/C CONTRACTORS IN THE PAST AND NO ONE DID WHAT THEY DID!!!!! Most of them didn't even know how to work on a Ductless System!!! But, I still had to pay for what they did, which was nothing!!! IF YOU WANT MY ADVICE,,,,,DO NOT HIRE ANYONE ELSE!!!! OR.....YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! THIS COMPANY ROCKS!!!!!
