Absolutely wonderful service. Nick was so professional and went everything over with me. I had my central AC serviced. It was blowing cool air but not really cooling the house. Now everything works perfect. 5 stars. If you are looking for a wonderful and professional company, look no more! I am very happy.

Their field sales rep DAVE is very well informed about their product.Dave was not pushy and explained all my options for my heater and air conditioner.

Field Service and Sales guys were great!

The installation was done incorrectly, the sensors were not replaced in the drip pan. The unit is in the attic, so at midnight i woke up to my bed soaked. The 24hr phone number you can call never called back to my page. He called back and said he had slept thru the page. It took 3 different techs coming out and each one found a problem with the installation. There has been not communication or follow up to find out if everything was working after the damage was done. They didn't clean up after their work was done, I had to pick up loose screws.

Matthew knows exactly what's wrong and repaired my furnace in no time. Only that it's rather expensive.

Columbia NW Heating has done routine maintenance on my furnace & a/c unit for several years. I trust Erik to give me sound advice about any repairs that may be needed. He doesn't try to sell me things I don't need, but advises of things that may need attention over the next year. Last year Erik came for routine for routine furnace maintenance on a day my hot water heater was going bad; he called the office and got the ball rolling for a new unit to be delivered that day.

He was a knowledgeable and kind person.

Matthew was the technician. He was very professional & friendly. He completed the repair quickly. We had a loud obnoxious noise when the heat or AC was running. Matthew fixed the return vent & it now runs with no detectable noise. The only issue I would have is that it seemed to be quite expensive, but I knew the quote going in, so it was not a surprise.

Tech was friendly and courteous. He reconfirmed appt. And showed up on time.

Service was satisfactory. The technician was relatively on time and got the job done expediently.

They said they'd call by noon, called at 3:30 so had to reschedule. They came on time but found everything to be working satisfactorily. Didn't take long to check things out so the price seemed rather high, although it was a set price I was aware of.

It cost me $426 for replacing a condensate pump on Sunday. It took ten minutes. The tech did not reconnect the dump line and I had to clean up the water after discovering the discharge leaking into my family room and reconnect it myself.
