One of the best companies I've worked with. Tim was excellent. My A/C died on me on 4th of July and the temp in the house was 91 F! Called their company and Tim was out here in 2 hrs, on a holiday! Fixed my AC, even took the time to hose down the dirty outdoor unit as no one had done this for me before. Gave me a quote before hand and at the end, discovered that they had a 10 % discount coupon and offered this, thereby reducing my final price. There are still good souls out there. Thanks Tim!

Wow! They came out on the Saturday before Xmas. The person who was on call did not have experience with radiant hot water heat, so the person I spoke with came and brought the younger man along to teach him. They were helpful, pleasant and communicative and fixed the problem quickly! What more could one ask on a holiday weekend with 11 people arriving to spend the week that afternoon? Ten stars if I could 😊

Tim (I believe that was his name - so bad at retaining people s names) - called and said he would be out sooner than was expected, and he was. Tim did a great job for me and advised me on things to be aware of and how to maintain the ac unit also. Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling is definitely going to be a HVAC company I ll keep in my Rolodex (I know, I know, Rolodexes are a thing of the past). Seriously, they are a company I ll be comfortable in calling again for HVAC service.

I contacted Columbus Comfort for a second opinion on AC issues I was having in my condo. The first company told me I required a whole new HVAC system, which I found hard to believe since it is less than 10 years old, so I got a second opinion. Columbus Comfort was able to come out that same day and troubleshoot the issue, which ended up just being a faulty thermostat that needed to be replaced. They were very professional and accommodating and ended up saving me a ton of money by correctly identifying the issue with my unique system that is typically only used in commercial spaces. I will definitely be calling them first in the future!

Upgraded the range hood in my home and had to go from an existing 6" duct to a 10" duct. The guys were able to custom-design and build a special piece to adapt the ducting to the new range hood allowing the new 10" duct to be spaced properly between two existing wall studs - done correctly without compromising the structure in any way. Their work was very good and very professional, and they kept me informed every step of the way, and they had no trouble accommodating my hectic schedule. The pricing was reasonable, and the work was done in a timely manner. Tim and his guys were truly a pleasure to work with.

Columbus Comfort has always come to the rescue when we needed them!! They have serviced our units seasonally over the years.
