Great service

The gentleman that came out for the estimate was very thorough about their product. The install was scheduled for the afternoon and the installers called to see if they could come out earlier. They came out and completed the job in a little over 1 hour. They cleaned up and walked me through when we could open the vents, and how we would need to do it the first time we go to open them. They were also very thorough and efficient.

2nd time We used them.

The company craftsmen provided the service, as agreed to when I sighed the contract for the work. They came, completed the job in about an hour and a half. Absolutely no mess. The windows are great. I ordered the Vented window. Recommended for a little extra cost.

They showed up on time to give the estimate and Richard (the man who actually installed) was very prompt also. He did an amazing job and was very respectful of my property. Would use them again if needed.

Totally professional! It would be great if all subcontractors I've ever dealt with were as thorough as these gentlemen we're! Can't go wrong with these guys!

They haven't actually installed my new windows yet, however, I had them install glass block windows about 12 years ago and due to their great service, decided to hire them again. New installation scheduled for October 6th.

Columbus Glass Block is a really good company to do business with. I used this company about 20 years ago and when I moved into my new home I used them again. Good company, reliable, quality work. I would definitely recommend them.

I liked having my options clearly explained by the gentleman who came out to measure and give me an estimate. The installer called prior to his arrival at my request (thank you!), arrived on time, did an excellent job and completely cleaned up his mess. Very pleasant gentleman who did an excellent job. I'm quite pleased with the glass block installation. It looks great.
