I contacted Columbus Landscaping to come out and give me an estimate to grade my yard to help with some water in the basement. We'd already replaced some gutters, downspouts and had the drainage pipes replaced, so grading was the last step. Luke called and arranged a consultation within a few days. He was professional and explained all the options and recommendations. He broke down the costs by material and labor and I agreed to hire him on the spot. It was supposed to be two weeks before it could happen, but a few days later he called with a cancellation and was able to get our job in quickly. The team arrived on time and got the job done perfectly and quickly. I was very happy with the work and would definitely hire Columbus Landscaping for another job in the future.

Luke Mooney, the owner of Columbus Landscaping, did a great job on the excavation and grading of the backyard on one of my listings. The house had chronic water intrusion for 17 years. Luke took photos and mapped out his plan right in his quote. He brought in dirt to regrade, installed a French drain and a commercial grade sump pump, then planted grass seed, applied straw and set up a timer and sprinkler to water until the seed germinated. He did an awesome job! I will definitely use Luke in the future!
