Oh my, Mr. Donald was a delightful person and a dog lover at that.He is extremely talented at what he does,which is everything, I think. He called me immediately. He was on time. His work was done Within reasonable time. We had our carpet past where it had lifted when I vacuumed over it at us s within reasonable time. We had our carpet past where it had lifted when I vacuumed over it at a seam.so he took a piece out of the closet and replaced that piece with a Different piece I had purchased ..Then repaired the frayed area. I couldn't be happier. Thank you
