After the inspection, it was determined that a new unit needed to be installed; the old one was many years old and had failed several times. Once again, the promptness with which the Comfactor staff installed and resolved our A/C problem was very professional and effective. I recommend them 100%.

I recently had my AC units serviced by Comfactor Air, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. The technician explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and even offered tips on how to maintain the system for better performance. Comfactor Air came to inspect our unit and we needed replacement. Luis scheduled the work immediately and the unit was replaced in a day. The crew worked hard all day to get us up and going with a quality product, duct cleaning and new ceiling vents. Great service and would definitely recommend!
