Last year my A/C went on the fritz. I called a couple of the big companies who advertised 24 hour service and got the runaround. Good reviews on Home Advisor led me to call Comfort Tech and they came out that morning. Brandon and his helper were very professional, courteous, and hooked me up with a very affordable gently used part. I'm happy to say that 1 year later my old A/C is still keeping us frosty cool. ( It's about 12 years old) I recommend these folks for any A/C project. I feel they have the skill and integrity to get the job done and keep the customer satisfied.

Brandon arrived right on time and was very polite and friendly. He performed excellent work, and went above and beyond to make sure the service was great! I have found my AC guy, and would highly recommend to anyone who needs AC work.

Owner a/c tech Brandon was: -available, scheduled next day -on time -positive attitude -professional -educated and knowledgeable -demonstrated & explained each of his steps. I know this sounds like I'm describing a Boy Scout, but I am not used to this good of level of service. Earned my highest recommendation.

I called this company this morning they came out within an hour fix the problem explain to me what the problem was they was very helpful i would call them without hesitation if I ever have another AC unit problem

WOW! Brandon is the gold standard of customer service! He responded immediately when I requested a quote and worked me into his schedule the same day, which is unheard of with repair companies. He is extremely knowledgeable and transfers his expertise directly into savings, because he works so quickly and does not try to sell you anything you don't need. He even sent pictures and went above and beyond to provide the maximum benefit from his service call without my asking. Hands down, this was the best repair service experience I have ever had!

After I had received input from 4 other companies, HVAC,LLC gave me more for my money. They were very professional and the quality of their work outstanding. I plan on using them again on a smaller AC unit in the future.

Brandon kept in touch with me all day as he was fitting me in between scheduled jobs. He was the 1st to respond to my request and then he gave me honest information matching what I'd already researched. I worked in the AC business a long time ago, but was impressed by his honesty.

Couldn't find better service anywhere. We agreed on the AC equipment and price and 20 hours later it was installed and running. By far the best price for same equipment and warren tee.

The owner, Brandon Mann, was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He came out to assess the problem in a timely fashion. He quickly identified the problem with one of my units (compressor was grounded) and returned to replace it once the new compressor unit was available. He did not try to upsell me into buying a brand new A/C unit. He thoroughly explained how the air conditioner worked and how the grounded compressor affected the temperature in my townhouse but that the rest of the unit was working fine. He even changed out my air filters with spare filters I had in my attic, replaced a light bulb for me in my attic and adjusted the air flow to reduce the noise from air flowing through the vents. He seemed very organized and super efficient, especially with emailing me an estimate of projected repair costs (the same day) and with emailing an electronic receipt after payment was rendered. I felt peace of mind knowing that he guaranteed his work and I was really impressed with his professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend him.
