I have a dual zone system and the air handler/heat pump unit on the 2nd floor was blowing hot air. I immediately looked up HVAC service in the Bel Air area and came upon Comfort Air. I initially chose this company based on the good reviews. I was told by the technician that based on the age of the unit and problem it was more cost effective to replace the unit instead of making a temporary fix. I agreed and after entertaining some estimates I chose Comfort Air. We negotiated a very reasonable price along with a quality unit. The installers were very professional and completed the work in about 4 hours. I would highly recommend Comfort Air for any Heat and Air Conditioning needs.

I received a call within a couple of hours after requesting a quote. The gentleman was courteous, knowledgeable, and offered an appt the very next day. They arrived on time and was very efficient in completing the work. Highly recommend them and will be calling them for future repairs.

Very professional! Great communication and prompt response. Arrived at my residence less than an hour, after contacting via HomeAdvisor. Very knowledgeable and helpful, knew what the problem was before arriving. Upon arrival, the Tech identified an additional problem caused by the original builder. Provided additional Preventive Maintenance (PM) tips that I can perform with ease to avoid future problems.

Scott called me back within hours and set up the schedule to fix my sisters broken A/C unit the next morning. The 2 gentlemen that did the repair (I wish I had gotten their names were friendly, professional and helpful in showing my sister had to work the thermostat and hints on cleaning filter and some tubing. Would not hesitate to call again

Scott came out and diagnosed the problem with precision and skill. Unfortunately the supply place for the parts closed early yesterday for Black Friday. He went there early in the morning and came back and fixed our furnace quickly on Saturday at no extra charge. Excellent Customer Service and work. Highly recommend to All. Scott is a true professional.
