I found Comfort Air online. Johnny came to look and see why my a/c was not cooling as it should and the outside unit kept freezing. I was able to finance the work needed. Value for money is competitive. But most important to me was the trust that was established on the first encounter. There was no up-selling attempt . I had used another provider for 26 years, and there was constantly some kind of up-selling every time there was a service maintenance. The trust in the former provider had completely been blown by then. I will hire Johnny's company for all future maintenance and repair. If the trust is gone, there is no point in continuing a relationship, especially in business. Johnny was knowledgeable and did stuff that the other provider neglected. We had our system inspected less than 3 weeks ago, and we hired Johnny's company for a second opinion because we suspected there was too much up-selling and not enough maintenance. Our suspicions were confirmed. In addition, the other provider failed to advise us about the ultraviolet light bulb not functioning . We had already paid for 2 checkups with the other provider, but we're happy to part company with them and not have them come back to do the Fall tune-up. We look forward to having the service from Johnny. Of course, time will tell if our trust in Johnny is justified. We think it will.

Johnny answered all of my questions and did an excellent job explaining in detail what my options were and what was included with their replacement and service. Answered all of my questions. They were informative, very friendly, and very efficient. I plan to use them going forward for my yearly maintenance and for any emergencies should they arise. I called Comfort Air Solutions on Friday morning and scheduled an appointment for immediate service. It was 104 degrees outside, my AC was blowing hot air and we weâ re very Hot. The technician arrived within 35 minutes, found the problem and had the capacitor on his truck , made the repair within 15 minutes! The whole process took under an hour!!! Great customer service, excellent technicians and very fair pricesâ ¦. 5.0 all the way. My wife is happy, children are cool and I am very pleased with Comfort Air Solutions. I would Highly recommed them .

I paid for yearly service. The first visit went fine. Second visit did not go as well. The worker sent arrived very late, was irritated because he went to the wrong address, drove over rock borders, and parked on top of the irrigation hoses. I telephone Johnny about this and was disregarded completely. As long as everything is going according to the Comfort AC plan things are fine - not so when something goes off-plan. The tone of voice, etc., did not impress me. Today we have made contact and, once again, the tone of voice was not that of someone I would want to continue working with. He has demanded that I remove this review.

I called you and the rep called you and asked you to remove or change your review because I provided proof that we did service your system a second time. We had your signature on our invoice. Now you are stating that my technician was frustrated and late and accidentally parked incorrectly, or improperly. You also stated that you did not like my tone. If I came across negatively or rude, I apologize, I try to remain professional, however when someone lies about me and tries to damage my business for no reason. Yes, I will tend to be a little upset. Do you get upset when you catch your child lying?"

I posted my A/C repair needs on HomeAdvisor. Johnny called me within minutes. He is very personable, listened, and I had a great customer experience! No sales pressure, price haggling, or upsell tactics. He offered a solution and a fair price right out of the gate. The company appears to be a family owned business, so they offered good value, were competitively priced, and they responded quickly. Their install/repair technicians were in, left the area clean, and out without incident in a couple of hours as promised. I've found my new HVAC company, I highly recommend them to be yours too!!

I had an excellent experience with Comfort Air Solutions. It appears to be family-owned and operated, but service is clearly the priority. They now will be my new go-to provider for future HVAC in our home. I searched Angi for furnace repair, and received Comfort Air as one recommended listing. Some broader searching showed good reviews, so I reached out to them, and the owner, Johnny, was courteous, knowledgeable, and available for same-day help. Our old furnace had been blowing through igniters, but our prior contractor had been missing the problem. Johnny diagnosed it, offered as a replacement at reasonable cost, rolled in the service call fee, and had the new furnace found and installed before dinner. His service techs (one was his son) were falling over themselves to be courteous and efficient. They got it all completed just before the Feb 2022 cold snap in Houston. Really, it couldn’t have been a better experience. Professional and trustworthy. I’ll be recommending this company to local friends and neighbors.

I think many customers like to have the Technician explain and even in some cases show them exactly what is going on with they are equipment. I know when I have an Auto Mechanic do work on the vehicles I like to see exactly what they are doing or repairing and the cause of the failure. It gives peace of mind. Instead of " Well sir, that will be $10,000 Dollars you need a completely new system". Thanks Again, Adam!"
