I called you and the rep called you and asked you to remove or change your review because I provided proof that we did service your system a second time. We had your signature on our invoice. Now you are stating that my technician was frustrated and late and accidentally parked incorrectly, or improperly. You also stated that you did not like my tone. If I came across negatively or rude, I apologize, I try to remain professional, however when someone lies about me and tries to damage my business for no reason. Yes, I will tend to be a little upset. Do you get upset when you catch your child lying?"

I think many customers like to have the Technician explain and even in some cases show them exactly what is going on with they are equipment. I know when I have an Auto Mechanic do work on the vehicles I like to see exactly what they are doing or repairing and the cause of the failure. It gives peace of mind.
