The company was quick to respond on the same day. The repairman was courteous and knowledgeable. Here it is a week and a half later and the air conditioner has the same problem. I certainly hope there is a warranty since the repair cost me over $470. Tried to call, its Sunday and left a message. Do not know what else to do.
