Each member of the different crews that came to perform their speciality were very knowledgeable and professional. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves each day. When I had any questions they were always able to answer me. We are very satisfied with our air conditioning and expect to have the same for the heating system. We are very pleased with our mini split system.

We were having problems with our 9 year old Bryant gas furnace. Being new homeowners we did not know who to turn to for help. Of course it started acting up just as the weather was getting colder. It kept indicating a code 13 lock out fault and then a code 41 blower motor fault . We were so lucky to find Comfort Control Mechanical in Pittsfield. When we called Dave was immediately responsive, as were their technicians. They came right on time (which that in itself deserves kudos). Their technicians, Tyler and Louis, were amazing. They were professional and methodical in their approach to troubleshoot the problems. They got the furnace up and running again. Tyler and Louis are knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs such services.

Thanks, Brad, for a great engineering solution & installation. Thank you to you and your entire team for a great functional and visual job! â  expertly engineered, executed, and installed, essentially perfect. The final system matches my general vision and your clever â  optimal solutionâ  exactly. The care of every one of your staff was exceptional, especially with the large crew getting it done in one efficient day, all careful with COVID safety measures. Everything is placed in the best location, tightly and neatly tucked, hidden as well as possible. A real quality touch. The system works just as you predicted. Thanks for figuring out a system that fits and looks like it was designed to be part of the house from the start.

We were looking to add a new heating element to our old house, but Brad was able to make our existing system work better than it ever has which saved us a great deal of money. His employees were all very friendly and helpful and it was all done in a short period of time. I would highly recommend them.

We own a 14 story 270 unit apartment building in Philadelphia. The existing boiler system was retrofitted to a 1980s heating distribution system originally designed and installed in the mid 1950s. Due to the anticipated retirement of our onsite building engineer, who kept this system in good working order, we needed a complete analysis of the system to insure a reliable supply of heat and hot water to our tenants for the future. Therefore, we engaged a local licensed engineer to design a replacement program and obtain competitive bids.I invited Brad Morawski of Comfort Control Mechanical to attend the initial bid meeting as our consultant to get his input on the project. I had worked with Brad Morawski on four large and relatively complicated residential projects and become familiar with his thoughtful approach and analysis to each systems design requirements in addition to his grasp and knowledge of current technology. Having reviewed the plans for Park Heights Apartments modernization program, Brad immediately questioned the designs $1,000,000 plus cost and relatively small projected operating savings of $30,000 for the first year. The process consisted of Brad visiting facilities in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts to help us select the best equipment for our building. Working with one of the local Philadelphia suppliers, Brad had the replacement system redesigned to save more than 40% of the projected cost while achieving the same projected operating cost target. During this process Brad identified a significant domestic hot water problem that could have resulted in the scalding of residents. Not only was the issue corrected but Brads solution increased our DHW storage capacity at the same time. His proposal was incorporated into the modernization program with very little additional cost. Brad coordinated construction of the project with site visits and constant communication between our on-site staff and the tradesmen. He monitored progress from demolition through installation, to training on and commissioning of the new equipment. Several times during the process we were able to make educated decisions and solve minor problems with Brads help in a timely fashion. In the end not only did his value engineering approach save us hundreds of thousands of dollars in direct cost but we exceeded our anticipated operating savings in the first year. All done on time, with a great team, and under budget!

Brad is the epitome of patience and professionalism. He clearly explained the pros and cons of installing a new heat pump system and why it would be a better fit for our situation. He also added another zone to our house which should have been done in the initial construction 25 years ago. We only wish we had been here to see his guys replace our failing ductwork and watch the whole process. But since we weren't, Brad came by to answer all of our questions giving us as much time as we needed to understand the new heat pump. We're very pleased with the system and Brad's attentiveness.

Brad and his team completely replaced our old, inadequate single zone system with a state of the art four zone dual fuel system. We now have a very quiet, energy efficient system that eliminated hot and cold spots within the house. Our new HVAC system has exceeded our expectations, yielding a very comfortable, quiet home.

We initially asked for CCM's help because the A/C in our basement stopped working. The condenser unit was discontinued, and if we didn't find a new one the project would escalate into a very large undertaking since the entire system would have to be replaced. Brad and his team searched EVERYWHERE and were able to find one in texas. One week later, it was installed and working perfectly. I was so impressed I asked Brad and his team to consult for me on our primary residence, a house built in 1890 which had 2 different heating systems and an antiquated HVAC system. In short, Brad was a fantastic consultant. Our home is old, and the system is complicated as a result of renovations and additions that were made 15 years ago. He designed the heating and A/C systems, then interviewed the local contractors, reviewed their proposals, value engineered the proposals, and then finally worked with me to select the best and most cost effective contractor. I could not have done this project without Brad. He visited 5 times at all stages of the project - before, during and after. His attention to detail and encyclopedic knowledge of HVAC made him an integral part of my home renovation and I am relieved and grateful that he was part of my team. I wold recommend Brad and his team without reservation for both his consulting services as well as his ability to troubleshoot and repair any home HVAC system.

We were blown away by the professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic of Brad and his expert team. He installed central AC in a house that had many design obstacles. The best part is that the system can also be used to heat the house too! Whenever a question or issue arise, Brad is extremely responsive and attentive. Look no further, he's your guy.

We had a complete system redo in our house. We went from oil steam to a gas forced hot air furnace with a heat pump. The system is very quiet and works very well. They were very upfront with us when we walked through my house and help me decide what would work best long term and short term. I am happy with our decision. What was most important to us was making a smart investment that did what we wanted and would pay itself off over time. After using the system for awhile now we see how the savings in energy make it worth it.
