We hired Sam with Comfort cooling to replace our 5ton HVAC system in April. He did- seemed like a nice guy. It broke 9 weeks later- we have been without AC in July in Texas for 2 weeks and he has not repaired our AC - he just says he?s trying to work us in but has other customers booked. Today he hung up on us. System is under warranty but he is supposed to service but cannot fit us in. Unacceptable.
