Arik and his crew were fantastic. They showed up when they said they would, diagnosed the issue with my AC unit right away, and had everything fixed. Honest, efficient, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Efficient, well priced and hard working company. We had brand new system put in in one house and a full clean out of another system in the other house. All done within one weeks time. Very nice, clean individuals. We highly recommend them and you may even be lucky enough to be gifted with the sweetest hand made thank you cards from their kids 😊

Arik came out twice within 2 months for 2 separate issues. Our AC was out and he was able to get the part and come back that same week to replace. Second visit our actual thermostat stopped working and he was able to replace that within 24 hours. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommend.

Had Comfort Factor replace my entire AC system and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. This was a pretty big purchase, so I did my homework and got multiple quotes before deciding who to go with. Josh was great from the beginning. He explained the different options, answered all my questions, and didn’t make me feel like I was being pushed into buying something I didn’t need. I really appreciated how straightforward everything was. The installation went smoothly and the crew was professional, respectful of the house, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The new system is noticeably quieter and the house is cooling much better than it was with the old unit. I’m really happy with the equipment, the installation, and the overall service. Needed my duct system under house replaced with better design system that was balanced. Had at least 5 local HVAC Contractors come out to give estimates and Comfort Factor Mechanical estimate was much lower than the "local" companies. Work was completed in 1-1/2 days (two men) which included demo of the old and replacement with new. System works great and would definitely recommend Comfort Factor Mechanical for any HVAC work, repair, or replacement. Eric and Arik are both very knowledgeable about any type of equipment and fully understand a well designed and installed system.

Hired them to install central heating and air to get ahead of the cold season approaching. They arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and were very well priced compared to other companies I looked into. I’m very happy with how it turned out and would highly recommend for similar projects.

They gave me a very fair price for a service call and possible replacement but found a fix and were under the quote. I was impressed with the quality and would hire them again for my HVAC system needs.
