This company is very weak in their communications and billing. I had work done and it took over three months to finally get the work done. I had to repeatedly call and call to get the work back on track and finally scheduled. The person answering the phone would promise to get something done, that is on at least 4 occasions a week later I would be calling back again. The billing was a best inaccurate, they gave 3 different invoices and billing statements, so watch closely. They were supposed to deduct the initial estimate costs from the final bill but I cannot see where that happened at all. Finally, the person doing the service actually chewed my wife out for not knowing an electrical outlet was not working. Because the invoices he presented did not match what we had been given, when she asked for clarity he threatened to pull the repaired fans out of the unit before she could respond. He also told her she needed her husband to tell her what to do. Rude? I guess. He also could not get his own phone working and even blamed that on her. My recommendation is use someone else and avoid all the headaches I had to go through to finally get this work done. I could have had it done elsewhere in half the time and certainly without the rude behavior and comments from the service personnel.

Eddie was great. Called on time and came to the house on time..fixed in 40 minutes. Professional and nice. I would use them again. I only wished it was same day but I did call on a late Saturday afternoon.

I had a problem with my ice maker and they sent out two guys the first time. They found that the system was if of position. They made some adjustments. Two day later i still had no ice. Two guys came out the second time and replaced a part. It worked great for a week and then went out again. One guy came out the 3rd time and replaced the fan motor. It works OK now except it make a very loud squeal when it comes on. It sounds like the bearings in the new motor is wore out. I'm to embarrassed to call them out for the 4th time. Your best bet is to find someone else as I will do.

I would definitely call them again! I contacted them through Home Advisor and they immediately called me and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. My freezer was up and running within the hour. The repairman was helpful and friendly. The repair price was very reasonable. I was very happy with this Comfort Home Appliance.

The Ice Maker just stopped making Ice. Thought of this is going to be expensive to fix. Eddie was fast, knew his stuff and prepared to fix it. Turned out to be a frozen line up behind the maker try. He could have charged for something more and we would not have been any wiser. He, also noted the 90 warranty, pointed out to please call if the problem came back. Thanked me for the opportunity to come out. Would reccomend him to anyone needing service and put the contact info magnet on our frig with the hopes we never need to call, but are ready if we ever need halp again.

My dryer quit working. I called and talked to Maryann. She was very helpful and VERY good at her job. Sent Eddie out to see what needed to be done. In two days they had the part and Eddie installed it in 5 minutes. He was very good at making sure I understood everything he did. He made sure I understood the warranty, etc. Thank you Maryann and Eddie!! I would hire them again with no hesitation.

Need to work on customer service. Can be very inpatient with customers.

Our dishwasher was leaking. He found the source quickly but since he did not have the part with him, the repair was done the next day. We would use them again.
