Diagnosed the problem, did a quick fix to get us through until parts were available. Even did a second house call before parts arrived. Always answers calls and is prompt, polite and neat. Will call again if needed for any other issues. Highly recommend!!

Joel was recommended on a community bulletin board - what a find! I had attempted the installation of a "smart" thermostat, but I was not as "smart" as it needed me to be! I called Joel. He should have laughed and hung up, but instead patiently talked me through the problem I had created; had me send him photos of my botched installation, and then guided me through the remedial steps to make it all work as it should...all while his dinner was getting cold! I could not have asked for better service in my time of (self-inflicted) need!

I would recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone. After review of my unit, I was explained the options to repair or replace my unit. I found the owner to be very forthright and honest with my options. Once I made the decision to replace my unit, he was prompt to do the work and ensured my satisfaction of his work. I would recommend him to anyone for your air conditioning needs.

Comfort Keepers Cooling & Heating technicians were not only professional, prompt, and polite, but I found them to be honest too. They gave me options but didnâ t try to sell me parts or services I didnâ t need. They arrived when they said they would, finished on schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. JOEL did a fantastic job of analyzing our air conditioner issues. He recommended for us not to purchase a whole new unit as others who analyzed our situation had prescribed. JOEL is tremendously honest and trustworthy. He will be our air-conditioning vendor for the for seeable future.

After considerable research, I chose Comfort Keepers to replace my 13-yr-old HVAC system. Joel provided options, explained the pros and cons and, without feeling pressured, I comfortably made my decision. The cost was competitive and reasonable. He and Vince were professional, conscientious, paid attention to detail, answered all my questions, and took pride in their work. Would that all service companies were this good. Joel replaced and installed a complete new AC system for us. He gave us a competitive, fair quote, was professional in every way and went the extra mile to ensure our complete satisfaction - he even loaned us a portable AC unit to tide us over until our central system was installed. I especially appreciate his excellent communication keeping us well informed as to dates/times. On task and takes pride in his work. His reputation is well deserved. Highly recommend.

We made one call and he showed up when he said he would on time. Very professional. Great follow up after job was completed and came back and checked on it. The job is completed in the time he said it would take him. Quality products used. We are 100% satisfied with his work. Joel was the tech who came out to do the work at my girlfriends house. His work and attention to detail was very impressive. There were quite of few unforeseen issues along the way but nothing that Joel couldnt resolve. He conducted himself very professionally and kept us updated throughout the entire installation.
