ComfortLogic is the GOAT! I requested service, in about 2 hours, Matt arrived began troubleshooting, very professional, about an hour later the boss man shows up! They looked through everything and it appeared their hypothesis was correct. They didn’t replace parts that didn’t need replacing, they came up with a viable solution In my opinion ComfortLogic is the epitome of customer service, the way it’s should be, not what we must settle for.
