WOW!! I went on Home Advisor and saw Chris's great rating's and noticed that he was literally in my neighborhood. Left a message with his service and was promptly followed up. Made an appointment that ended being on a Sunday and was followed up with text's upon arrival which was prompt and on time. Ended up the occurring leak was a minor problem which was a consumer EZ fix. Totally appreciate the honesty and professionalism and I know next time that a real issues occurs Chris will be the service we contact.

Chris replaced a leaking shower drain, fixed a running toilet and installed a new sink faucet and popup drain assembly. His rates are reasonable, he was on time, and did a nice job. He was also very helpful in answering questions about some other plumbing work that I need to do in the future. I highly recommend Chris and Comfort Masters and will call him again.

After interviewing five potential candidates for performing plumbing work in my 50-year old house remodeling, I decided to go with the Comfort Masters. Chris made me feel comfortable (no wonder, his company's name is Comfort Masters!) and at ease from the moment he entered my house to assess a scope of work. Chris is genial, pleasant, good mannered, patient, professional. He explained me everything in details and all those details were laid out in an organized and thorough fashion. Chris came up with the most simple, ingenious, efficient and cost effective solution for a complex issue of relocating waste piping in the soffit in my kitchen, so I was able to completely eliminate soffits around my kitchen. He made me feel confident in the success of the project laying ahead. Next day I got a detailed, professinally completed and very reasonably priced proposal. It was an easy decision to make. Chris showed up at 8:00 AM sharp on the day we scheduled beginning of work and was extremely punctual through out the project - no delays, phone calls, etc. Chris' virtues are: - outstanding work ethics - punctuality - always on time - professionalism - deep knowledge of the subject - responsiveness - if not available, quickly acknowledges received - message specifying the time when he will return the call or message. Once I had a question and send a message late Saturday evening - got immediate and detailed reply! - reasonably priced - good mannered, pleasant, extremely easy to work with - neat and clean - makes one confident in the project success - A+ for the quality of work and project execution. I wish other contractors had 50% of the above. From the all contractors we are working with on our house remodeling, Chris is by far my wife's favorite :-) Scope of work included: - furnish and install new washing machine shutoff valve/drain box - increase existing 1.5" waste line for washing machine to 2" - install new utility sink and faucet in the laundry room - install new sink/faucet and toilet in the powder room - install new kitchen faucet and drain assembly, remove and discard water lines for kitchen sink that were on exterior wall and install new piping up through the floor - run new water line to the refrigerator - cut out existing waste piping hanging below kitchen ceiling, furnish and install new pvc waste piping in the ceiling.

Promptly returned my inquiry, willing to come to my home to give estimate...was ON TIME ( a big deal w/me due to my having to leave work incurring loss of pay to get this done), called when he was on his way...did everything he promised within the estimate he quoted...personable and followed up with an email to make sure everything was okay...I would hire him again or recommend him at any time...
