This was the second experience with Wes and Comfort Matters due to having to have a part ordered. There was a delay in getting the part but they expedited it in the end. Wes showed me the new part and explained how it functioned and what when wrong with the original one. He spent 4 hours installing the part and reinstalling the coolant after testing the system. He also showed me where a nest of hornets had made their home in my chimney flu. I think most repair people would have just ignored it and never said a word. A very nice value add.

Great service. Came out same day and had a fair price. Even reminded me of a coupon on service magic's website to help ease the cost.

Our furnace wasn't working, heading into some of the coldest days of January. They were prompt, thorough, found the problem relatively quick. and fixed it correctly in a short amount of time. The only issue is of coarse the cost, mostly the cost of the part. I don't have anything to compare it to, but it seemed a bit much.

Extremely professional from the start. They arrived on time, completed the work on time, and did everything we asked for. The heating runs and new zone system are making our home much more comfortable and the whole experience was a winner.

Overall, it was a good experience, but a little expensive. However, I needed to get a motor replaced on my unit on one of the coldest days, and Comfort Matters responded quickly.

Very timely - came out right away. Also got me set up on a "maintenance plan" so that I don't have to remember to call for Furnace, AC, etc.

Comfort Matters was the only pro that fully explained what their process was and my options were. Their staff, both on the phone and in person, were very helpful and friendly.

They are the most professional group of people I have ever worked with. All three day's they showed up at the time they said they would and stayed on the job site working the entire time to install my Geothermal heating and cooling system. I have added on to my house twice and done extensive remodeling over the years and absolutely no one comes close to the work ethic I witnessed with Comfort Matters.

Corey came out and showed me how the A/C unit was seized. We decided that replacing the unit was our best option and he showed us the different options available. He did not push the expensive units but only what we needed. He also helped us secure financing. They were right on time at install and very courteous and clean.
