The downstairs unit wasn't blowing hot air. The technician came out and immediately went to diagnosing the problem. The inducer was rusted and no longer working. We got a quote for price which was reasonable and he went ahead and fixed it. System works correctly now and I'm glad I called Comfort Monster.

Vent was not working in one of our rooms. Monster Comfort was able to schedule a technician to come out at a time that fit my schedule. He was professional and went right to work. I was thrilled that it was fairly simple. Thank you for such a quick response.
