Comfort Pro HVAC

Ruben is only reliable up until you pay him. Then he disappears. He installed two splitters at our home in Wyoming with a promise to follow up if we had any problems. Heater elements are not working and we have left lots of messages with no response. I just tried calling him and you can tell when someone hangs up the call and it goes to voicemail. So, make sure that everything works before he gets paid and then don't count on any follow up warranty work if needed.

I'm only giving 1.5 stars because Ruben's pricing is really good but his responsiveness and follow through aren't worth the great pricing. 'We've hired him for several HVAC jobs because his pricing is so good but regret it every time because he doesn't honor his service contracts, won't respond to phone calls or texts and we've had to threaten to not pay him in order to get him to finish the job. Great pricing but not worth the hassle. DO NOT pay him upfront or your job won't get finished.

The install of 3 package units 1 ton each took longer than stated, work was never finished, roof leaks under one unit, One unit does not work and acts like it has no power, maintenance contract is not being serviced, Filters have not been changed as promised Rubin will not return calls or finish work. I would not recommend this company and in fact would highly recommend you do not use this company for any contract work as they do not honor their contracts.

I hired the company to install additional HVAC ducts for a basement. They started the work, but did not complete it. They did not return my phone calls, nor did they show up for scheduled appointments.

Great service, responsive, knowledge and fast

Rueben (Comfort Pro HVAC) was quick to respond and sell me a new HVAC system. He promised it was a 1-day job. He arrived, installed the furnace, left a mess and told me he would return to do the A/C. He came back and installed the A/C unit, left a mess (all the old equipment and trash) and told me he would have to come another day to hook up the electrical. He cancelled the appointment saying he was sick. He never called back and didn't respond to emails, phone calls and texts over the next several weeks. I had no way of knowing if the AC worked or how to access my factory warranty if needed. I discovered his business address is a general address for a trailer park (without the space number indicated) in Milliken. After have a property management company (that Rueben contracts with) reach out to him, he called me with apologies and more promises to finish the work. He didn't show for that appointment either. I have been forced to pay an electrician to wire the system and another HVAC company (work not yet done) to finish the hook up and run tests. Additionally, the furnace makes a loud noise each morning. He offered the best price of several estimates I received. Still not worth the hassle this has created and I am sure it is not done yet. Don't hire this company!

They did the work without pulling the permits, when confronting him he stopped responding.

Good contact so far we will see once we meet in person and if we decide to use them.

Rudy was very nice and even offered to get me space heaters for my comfort. The job was done fast and at a great price. I would highly recommend this company.

Comfort Pro HVAC was courteous but the mini split they installed has worked intermittently and they do not appear to be interested in fixing it.

It started off well. Install was set within a few days. He stated he had an electrician that he works with. The **electrician** had to reschedule a few times and then was a no-show. Most of the AC unit was set up and the job was dead. I thought the job was complete on the HVAC side and paid for their services. It was until I hired another electrician when I found the job was incomplete. I tried to get a hold of this company again and they would not return my calls nor finish the job. I called a local HVAC company and found out that I had purchased a substandard system. Waiting on the local HVAC company to arrive tomorrow to finish the job. I fear there will be other issues as well.

Rubin and his team quickly and efficiently installed a new furnace at a good price. Unfortunately, they fastened a metal strip over the filter making it extremely difficult to remove. I called and emailed many times, but got no response. When he did answer an email, he said he would be over â Thursday,â but never came and never called. The next month when I called he said he would be over â at threeâ but never came and never called. His installers created the problem but wouldnâ t correct it.

Reuben, the coordinator and manager, along with Anthony and Dan, the HVAC technicians, provided an outstanding and meticulous furnace replacement. They periodically kept us informed on what they were doing and their schedule. All were very cordial, responsive, and overall professional. We are delighted that we selected them to install our furnace replacement. Also, Reuben thoroughly described the inefficiencies and dangers of our old 40-year furnace. We are indeed fortunate that we never experienced any problems with our health or home safety. Additionally, while we were awaiting installation Reuben and his team provided us the temporary usage of electric space heaters, a true Godsend due to our freezing temperatures. They all went above and beyond in the performance of their duties.
