After he received the money for the job, his communication was almost zero. Never responded and he promised me he would file the warranty claim, which is only accepted by a service professional. Never provided warranty or receipt. Have not be able to get a hold of him, no response whatsoever. He got the job when he promised a warranty claim for my unit, which I never received.

Rob is very honest and could have charged us to replace the condensation pump but instead took the time to take it apart and find the problem and fix it rather than just slapping a new one and and charging us more money. I will definitely use him again!

Rob did a great job on servicing my two central AC units. Showed up on time and did the work quickly. One unit need to be recharged and the other did not. I believe he dealt with me honestly and fairly at a very competitive cost. Would definitely use again and recommend.

"Sorry you feel this way [Consumer name withheld at their request]. Your system was new and low on R410a. We added the R410a to provide cooling for your tenant and advised you to contact the original company that installed the system for possible warrantly. It was working properly when we left. Since we never received a call back from you I assumed everything was good. I would really like to discuss this further. Please give me a call 770-294-8601"

Rob responded very quickly to my call (on July 4th, I'd like to add) and was at my home in around an hour. He quickly and accurately assessed the problem, helped me with figuring out warranty status and had us fixed and cooling in no time (he had a part on his truck). Rob was friendly, professional and he didn't act like he was in a hurry to get back to his holiday. His "holiday emergency" price was actually the same as some others' every day rate. An overall excellent experience.
